STEREOTYPE DAY

HAPPY STEREOTYPE DAY at the SCR blog!!

I know this blog is supposed to be about the Reunion, and if you havent read about the upcoming celebration make sure to check out the post from yesterday. But I couldn't sleep so I decided to see how well I know the people in my extended family. These are all the first things that came to my head, so rate me on a scale of one to ten on how well I did.

Dad Stansfield- Handle: The H.C.I.C. (Head Cracka in Charge)

-Muppet that most depicts dad: Easy, Kermit the Frog. Kermit ran the show and was the leader that everyone came to with problems and advice. And everyone loves Kermit.

What is dad watching at 2 in the morning if he can't sleep: I would say a biography of General Stonewall Jackson. ( Dad loves the southern generals. He thinks that the War ain't over, its only half time)

First song I think of for dad: Did You Ever Have to Make up Your Mind, or For the Longest Time

Mom Stansfield- Handle: Mighty Mouse

Muppet that depicts mom-Scooter. Scooter was the one that actually made the show run. Though mostly behind scenes. Eventually Scooter became Kermits best friend and everyone on the show was Scooters friend.

What is mom watching at 2 in the morning: Definitely not a movie. I would sayJudge Joe Brown

First song I think of for mom: Hey Mr Tamborine man Bob Dylan version, or Fools Rush in

Mindy- Handle: The Uber

-Muppet that most depicts Mindy: Big Bird. Big Bird is the most red character of the muppets. He runs Sesame Street and knows both his letters and numbers.

What is mindy watching at 2 in the morning: My bet is the TV is on to like TMZ or something but she is reading Atlas Shrugged, or The Eight Habit instead of paying attention.

First song I think of for Mindy: Mindy introduced me to Outkast before anyone had heard of them so I am going to go with that.

Steve- Handle: Major Punny

-Muppet that depicts Steve: The ever cool Sgt. Floyd Pepper

What is Steve watching at 2 in the morning: Well, because Steve always knows whats going on I would say CNN, or maybe Heroes?

First song I think of for Steve: Black Dog Led Zeppelin. Greatest riffs ever.

Matt- Handle: Sir Mix A Considerable Amount. (Wow only a few people will get that reference)

-Muppet that depicts Matt: Rowlf the Dog and I don't even know the exact reason but that is right answer. Probably because everyone thought Rawlf was freakin cool.

-What is matt watching at 2 in the morning: A replay of 1987 North Carolina vs Clemson basketball.

-First song That I think of for matt: Three is the Magic Number De La Soul.

Kerrilyn Handle: Orange County? No Orangeville.

Muppet that depicts Kerrilyn: Zoe. Just like Matt not sure why but that is right answer.

What is Kerrilyn watching at 2 in the morning? A documentary of how cool Jack Bauer really is.

First Song I think of for Kerrilyn. I bet one of Lyns guilty pleasure songs is that one song by "Color Me Badd." Matt check to see if that is in her CD case.

Nate -Handle: CatsCANWhereBowtiesAndRememberYourLinesTheJacksonsAreGoingToBeDownAnyMinute

Muppet that depicts Nate: If you don't know Nate very well he is stupid funny, can get pretty crazy and is extremely thoughtful. But since this is stereotype day I had to choose the one and only Guy Smiley.

What is Nate watching at 2 in the morning: The 80's attack Worst MTV videos of all Time

First song that I think of for Nate: Nate doesnt know this but I have an emblazened image of him doing air keyboard to the song "Axle F" And he had on two Swatch watches. It is in my mind forever.
Danny -Handle: The Diddle

Muppet that depicts Danny: Beeker. 'Nuff Said

What is Danny Watching at 2 in the morning: A documentary on planets, ESPNews, or Jerry Springer. "Jerry! Jerry!"

First Song that I think of for Danny: Well seeing as I only have one favorite song of all time it would be One Headlight, Common Reactor, The Joker, Mr Brightside, Bust a Move, Disarm, Highway to Hell, I'm Yours, I'll Tumble for ya (wtf?) Black Parade, anything by the Ataris, any song that has lyrics, anything that makes a sound.*if the song doesn't make any sounds at all it is probably my favorite of all time too.

Lindsay -Handle: Clam Bake Jumpshot

Muppet that depicts Lindsay: Janice. Janice was totally chill the whole show and really funny in the band skits. Nothing got to Janice, and that is a lot like Linds

What is Lindsay watching at 2 in the morning: Rerun of CSI, Scrubs, or Army Wives.

First song that I think of for Linds: Burning Love, Jason Castros version of over the Rainbow

Thommy- The Ichiban Itaewon Express

Muppet that depicts Thommy: Fozzie Bear. This one has been established for years. Plus Thommy would look awesome in a pink bow tie. (Nate can arrange that from one of the cats. Waka waka!)

What is Thommy watching at two in the morning: A documentary on the Armies newest weapons, or his lvl 70 l33t Nightelf.

First Song that I think of for Thommy: Teen Spirit. And the "Farmer and the Dell" which you used to sing all the time when you were little.

Jamie Handle: Cali Girl

Muppet that depicts Jamie: Abby Cadaby If you don't know Abby she is knew to the Streets. She is all about the color Pink

What is Jamie watching at 2 in the morning: I have no idea, but my bet is maybe CMT. Am I close Jamie? Good Chance is that means Libby is up and you are watching Noggin or Sesame Street.

First song I think of for Jamie. Anything by Martina McBride.

Molly Handle: Oh Precious One of Most Importance

Muppet that depicts Molly: Molly and Sa are a combo team. Can't you totally see Molly and Sa in the balconies cracking on everyone else on the stage? I bet if the stage caught on fire and one of the muppets was in flames running down the aisle they would have a great joke for it.

What is Molly watching at 2 in the Morning: I have a feeling Molly would be the type to totally get sucked into a great infomercial about the "Magic Bullet."

First song that I think of for Molly: Get Up Kids, and anything by Phat Wreck Chords (sp?)

Sa Handle: Oh I Gots Handles

What is Sa Watching at 2 in the morning: I could picture Sa with a bucket full of cereal, no shirt on, watching SpongeBob SquarePants. I may be totally wrong

First Song that I think of for Sa: Swing, Swing All American Rejects...or anything by Wham! Or Oingo Boingo, or Thompson Twins. just kidding
